Terms and Conditions

1. All artistes provided by this agency are self-employed. The following terms and conditions are only to be applied to the booking agreement between this agency and the client, unless otherwise stated.
2. This agency will hold no responsibility for any liability except where booking terms and conditions have been breached, upto the maximum amount of any deposit fees paid directly to the agency.
3. From the point of the artiste(s) arrival at the event, the contract is subsequently between the client and the artiste(s).
4. The client must provide a full, complete and correct venue address for the artiste(s). Failure to adhere to this instruction, and if the artiste(s) cannot locate the venue due to incorrect information supplied by the client, will result in the loss of any deposit fees paid or due.
5. This agency operates a zero tolerance policy to racial, verbal or physical abuse. Any of these abuses directed towards any of our artiste(s) at the event will result in the immediate termination of the service and the loss to the client of any fees paid. Similarly we will not tolerate any abuse on the telephone or via electronic communication and any abuse could also result in the termination of the service and the loss to the client of any fees paid.
6. The client must provide a working telephone number for contact on the day of the event – we or the artiste(s) may need contact before the event and must be able to contact the client on the day of the event during the day. Should an event not take place because the agency or the artiste(s) could not contact the client on the day of the event then any deposit fees will be forfeited by the client.
7. The artiste(s) must be paid all outstanding fees on arrival at the event. The artiste(s) fees must be paid to them in cash.
8. The client will always pay the agreed deposit payment in advance of the event unless by specific and special arrangement with the agency. However, in the event of the artiste(s) failing to commit to the event, the agency undertakes to return the deposit payment within 7 working days of the event date.
9. Cancellations: should the client wish to cancel the event then they undertake to inform the agency as soon as possible. All cancellations will result in the 100% payment of any deposit fees due.
10. Where an adult service or artiste(s) has been provided, the artiste(s) provided and the acts that they perform are of an adult nature and consequently both the client and the target audience must be aged 18 or over and the client undertakes to ensure that this is so.
11. None of the artiste(s) provided by this agency will perform any kind of sex act. Requests of this nature will result in the immediate termination of the service and the loss to the client of any fees paid including any deposit fees paid.
12. Whilst this agency undertakes to make every endeavour to ensure that the client's first choices of artiste(s) are provided to them, this agency reserves the right to provide replacement artiste(s) should circumstances make this necessary. The agency will undertake every effort to inform the client of any changes to the artiste(s) before the event.
13. The agency will undertake a duty to take action on behalf of the client, in the event of dissatisfaction on the part of the client, only if this is communicated to the agency at the time of the event, when the artiste(s) are still present at the venue. To this end the agency undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to be available on the telephone at the time of the client's booking.
14. Whilst every precaution is taken by this agency, we will not accept responsibility for any behaviour by the artiste(s).
15. This agency, without prior notice, reserves the right to amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions.
